Great helper in web / product development
What do you like best? I like the way Smartlook shows the gathered data. It's clear and effective (using segments). What do you dislike? Nothing coming to my mind at this moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We analyse the user behaviour in our app and on the website.

Simple, easy to use - provides valuable data for interpreting landing page results
What do you like best? Ability to set and track specific events. What do you dislike? Would like easier way to tag recordings. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try their trial to get a feel of the product, go ahead and use the full capabilities including event tracking. It will make getting results easier. Smartlook Review
What do you like best? The app is great to see what and where people are clicking when they land on your site. What do you dislike? Although you can see an IP and a location, it doesn't tell you much who the person is and how they landed on your website What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I find that all the features such as heatmap and funnels are difficult for someone without much analytics experience to grasp.

What do you like best? Poder estudiar el comportamiento del usuario dentro del website, especialmente cuando se trata de una pgina de aterrizaje que tiene como objetivo cerrar la venta del producto o del servicio que ofrecemos. What do you dislike? Hasta el momento no he encontrado nada que me disguste de Smartlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Encontrar y corregir los puntos dbiles en las pginas orientadas a la publicidad.

Useful features, quickly getting value
What do you like best? Segmentation and filtering options are super advanced. I especially like the possibility to filter by css selectors. What do you dislike? Lack of even simple polling, to replace Hotjar completely. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring specific user behavoiurs.

Smartlook is great at analyzing user experiences on mobile/web app
What do you like best? I like the events feature. I wish it could be expanded to automatically capture errors, js errors. Also like the rage clicks feature. What do you dislike? I dislike the black block that covers user input... maybe use ** instead so it doesn't cover a good chuck of the user's interaction. Great tool for qualitative analytics
What do you like best? Smartlook solution, specially, the recording users sessions on android devices, helped us understand the issues in our onboarding process. It gave us clear insight on where and why we were loosing users during onboarding process. Their tool is very easy to integrate and we got the results within one week of implementation. Most flexible setup helps with testing "similar" but different pages
What do you like best? The way we can define an "Event" and the flexibility in setting up heatmaps to work over "similar" pages where the content differs by user (and url) but the layout of the page is the same. Really good for Web Application analysis over Web Page analysis. What do you dislike? We haven't had any issues with our current setup! Very satisfied with the product after only a week of use
What do you like best? We've been using Smartlook for less than a week and already see potential to enhance our business strategy. The platform is very easy to navigate and understand. The user experience is intuitive. We also like how there's a lot of information that Smartlook provides about the user activity. Useful tool for understanding your users
What do you like best? Every user is recorded so we can use if for support and for insights. What do you dislike? I'd like a bit more control over funnels and a bit nicer visualization of the progress on the dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our teams use Smartlook recordings and heatmaps to improve our site's user experience and to help with support when our users have issues with the site.
