What do you like best? just started using, but looks very promising in getting insights to where customers struggle today in our apps What do you dislike? none discovered so far, but only have been using it a couple of days What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding out what is working as intended and what is not understood by users when they see something for the first time.

What do you like best? See the individual visitors, that something GA cannot do for me What do you dislike? Nothing particular at this time. It's pricier, but that's not an issue. It gave the possibility to understand how individual visitors are using my sites, which made it easier to adjust and improve.
