What do you like best? Ability for our in country reviewers to see translations in context. What do you dislike? Over the last couple years, the company has grown and it is harder to get issues quickly resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stop import/export of translation files, stop version control issues, allow for better context for in country reviewers
