"Powerful platform"

What do you like best about Smartling? The history tab lets you track changes. No changes are lost so you can always review what it was previously done and the person that updated it. What do you dislike about Smartling? Lack of glossary updates notifications. Our translators not always review the glossary so notifications would be a great update when a specific word in the glossary comes up and has been updates. What do you like best about Smartling? I like most that the process is streamlined, being able to review content in context and the TM function What do you dislike about Smartling? Sometimes slow with the CAT tool Some processes are taking too long / too many steps What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Translations :-) It’s the same process for all the languages, and also being able to see content in context is really great

What do you like best? That multiple translators can work on the same file at the same time. And context! What do you dislike? The help docs are not very comprehensive. I would like to see more help videos as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to send files back and forth anymore.
