What do you like best? Smartling is probably one of the most intuitive TMS tools in the market at the moment. In context review functionality definitely helps with localization quality for both linguists and in-house reviewers. Localization is tough but Smartling makes things possible with their awesome product and even better customer support! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Our technical and project lead contacts are always very quick to respond to questions and very solutions oriented What do you dislike? The limitations to the system such as rate limiting and limited number of jobs that you can create at once weren’t clearly communicated at the beginning of the planning process What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best about Smartling? Knowledgeable and responsive support team, and solid integrations with other parts of our tech stack (WordPress, Marketo, Contentful, GitHub). "Great TMS solution"
What do you like best? Smartling has been great to work with. They have strong technical solutions with a customer-first mindset. What do you dislike? Nothing material yet. There have been occasional integration hiccups as expected but they have been responsive and collaborative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They serve as our TMS. We are beginning to take advantage of their other tooling like visual context.
