In context review functionality definitely helps with localization quality for both linguists and in-house reviewers. What do you like best? Smartling has been great to work with. They have strong technical solutions with a customer-first mindset. What do you dislike? Nothing material yet. There have been occasional integration hiccups as expected but they have been responsive and collaborative. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
