What do you like best? I love how easy the github connector has made it to automate new jobs from pull requests. What do you dislike? So many options make it hard to know what to do sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expanded our customer base to other countries!

What do you like best? I love the user interface and UX. Very easy and straightforward to use and easy to navigate. The system is also very reliable. Very few bugs and little downtime. The support we’ve gotten from Smartling is also amazing. Our customer success manager is super helpful and fast to respond. What do you dislike? I wish it supported a better integration with sales force. Some of our content is located in sales force and it would be great if there was a better way to pull that ...

"Great TMS solution"

What do you like best about Smartling? Smartling has been great to work with. They have strong technical solutions with a customer-first mindset. What do you dislike about Smartling? Nothing material yet. There have been occasional integration hiccups as expected but they have been responsive and collaborative. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? They serve as our TMS. We are beginning to take advantage of their other tooling like visual context.
