"Frankly, better than most CAT tools"

What do you like best about Smartling? The TM, Fuzzy system, and the User Interface. What do you dislike about Smartling? Nothing specific. Sometimes it takes time for the tool to submit the work and show the words count. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? The Matching is the best thing in Smartling. That's a problem I believe it helps me solve.

What do you like best about Smartling? The CSMs I've worked with have been consistently amazing. Not only were they knowledgeable about the product, they always went above and beyond to try and get us the solution we needed, looping in additional resources and support teams. "Very user-friendly CAT tool with state of the art features which is constantly improving."

What do you like best about Smartling? I find the tool easy to navigate and I love the Github and the Zendesk integrations, which hugely help automating the localization process. I also like the multiple options to provide information to linguists: visual context, translator instructions, general context (files, etc.), project description, and how easy to view they are. What do you like best about Smartling? Translators get handy tips in the CAT tool: easy glossary suggestions, search in the TM and glossary. What do you dislike about Smartling? Search in the TM Management window and content search are extremely basic and do not allow something beyond "Match Case" (e.g., 'but not this'). The exact match can be so slow that you get an error message. TM Manager (TMM) tool can be prohibitively slow that prevents from doing TM management tasks. TM management ...
