Quality Product and Good Customer Support
This product works as adertised and does well with formatting when uploaded / saving PDFs, unlike other editors I've used. Also, customer experience got back to me in minutes when I needed support on an account issue. Overall can't complain with this company.

Th best pdf editing tool and awesome customer support
This is the best pdf editing tool ever. Period. I couldn't edit my pdf with the "I love pdf" website, but "Smallpdf" worked flawlessly. Not only that, their customer support is extremely helpful. Smallpdf's 1-year plan was bought using my credit card by a friend of mine, but I didn't need that long subscription. After reaching out to customer service, they refunded the entire amount even though the terms and conditions don't entitle me to have the refund. They could easily and rightfully ...

Well-designed features and great…
Well-designed features and great customer support. I had a problem with my subscription and contacted Smallpdf via email. They responded and resolved my issue right away. Though unsubscribing their service due to my usage of the application, would definitely renew my subscription when ever I require file converting features.
