The support response was quick and helpful. I got a response within five minutes of my request from the support department. I was asked a couple of questions to which I responded. The reply was instantaneous, and my problem was solved. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised as that is not the norm with other companies. I will continue to use your service and highly recommend your product.
