My humble opinion

I have used small pdf for a number of years and I have to say the tools are excellent and this is backed up by the excellent admin support. Nothing is to much trouble and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company

Customer Support is PROMPT!

Customer support was extremely prompt and courteous when I needed help canceling my subscription. We used SmallPDF for several years, but with our new Adobe Acrobat business subscription, we no longer require the services of SmallPDF. However, before then, it was very easy to use. We never had any issues with it.

Great customer service

I recently tried out Smallpdf during a free trial period. I found that there were some words that needed corrections, which made it less effective for my specific needs. However, the standout feature of my experience was their customer service when I requested a cancellation and a refund for the automatic payment that was charged to my account. Before we know it, this tool will be enhanced by AI and I will be coming back.

I have been a most happy customer who has to leave Smallpdf behind because the software is no longer supported on Macs. For anybody else out there, it works flawlessly and assisted me perfectly .

Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. I wanted a refund and I got what I wanted in no time. Although I couldn't do what I wanted with my pdf, the website is good. The main thing I like about it is the fact that you can convert files for free.

Considerate and quick to respond

I made a mistake by forgetting that I made an account and was only reminded about the auto-renew when my bank notified me about a charge. I reached out to their customer support and Shannen from their support team was patient in clarifying the terms and conditions and was considerate to issue a refund. Thank you, Shannen, for saving the day.

They solve the problem

I had made a mistake causing the system to make a double payment. But through emailing the supprt team this was resolved. It is relief not to talk to a chat box but to talk to a person who makes an effort to understand my probleem AND !!! Solve it! Thanks!

Love it

Intuitive site, worth the price, I used it multiple times this month and it saved me a couple of work hours. I recommend it if time is what you are trying to save. Easy to use and also friendly, helpful staff, unlike others, I received help almost instantly via email, which is really amazing.
