By mistake
By mistake, I had renewed twice online and when I saw that I was charged twice, I immediately reached out to customer service. They were VERY quick to reply...and took care of my "double" renewal with a prompt refund and kind words! I'll be continuing to use Smallpdf for my business and private needs!!

What do you like best about Smallpdf? All the options to work with PDFs. So many free options. Love the convenience of doing everything in the browser. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? Not much. I suppose the limitation to just a few documents when using the free version. But hey, that's life. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? editing PDFs for sure, as well as signing them. also merging PDFs.
