Customer Service Is Key
We all know how amazing Smallpdf is and how it has saved the day on more than one occasion so I would like to address the customer service provided by Smallpdf. "Fantastic tool for managing PDF files"
What do you like best about Smallpdf? We use SmallPDF to compress PDF files, but it has also been helpful with several other task (merging files, reading files, etc.) What do you dislike about Smallpdf? I haven't encountered anything I don't like about it, yet. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? Users are storing huge PDF files, so compressing them saves us gigabytes of space.

Awesome customer support.
I hadn’t realized that I had a yearly subscription that was being charged to my cc. After contacting support they refunded me promptly. Excellent support service and incredibly fast response times.
