Good service
First, smallpdf app did exactly what I needed, which was to compress my large pdf I to a smaller, more manageable kb/mb size and the program was simple to use. Second, I didn’t get an email reminder that my subscription would renew unless I cancelled, so my car was charged. When I asked for a refund, Michelle granted me a refund within 10 minutes of my request. I consider that excellent customer service.

We have an auto renewing annual sub
We have an auto renewing annual sub. Knowing I can email Smallpdf and a person responds straight away who is friendly and helpful is a rarity these days. Plus it is a helpful little tool that is quick to use.
