Great customer service
The customer service was great. I was charged with subscription money even though I tried to cancel my subscriptions earlier on. Due to PayPal account difficulties I wasn’t able to do so. Small PDF responded quickly and reimbursed the money when I explained the situation. Uncommon, great customer service.

The app was great
The app was great. However, when I forgot about the trail period, so the the app automatically billing me after the period. So, I immediately talk to SmallPDF support and get help really quick. They said they will issued a refund for me, and I will get back my money within a few days. I really appreciate their support. Thank you so much.

My daughter has forgotten to cancel the trail perioid. As soon I realised a pay transaction on my card, I have sent an email to SmallPdf. With in few minutes I received a mail from Michelle. The organisation kindly understood the issue and received a mail from Michelle has raised refund instruction and money will be refunded in 2 days. Thanks Michelle your support
