Happy trial customer
First of all, the app did what it supposed to and I was happy to try it. As some others, I was slow on cancelling my subscription before the 7-day mark and was charged for it. Customer service was superquick and helpful and resolved this to my satisfaction by creating a refund.

Customer Support RAWKS
Customer Support, particularly Shannen, was terrifically prompt, friendly and helpful. I made a silly, careless error and Shannen solved it without making me feel foolish or small. I would use Smallpdf again and will definitely recommend the company to others.

Fast speed in solving user problem
I had problem with log-in and send request to customer service. They came back to me within 1 day and perfectly solved the problem! I like the team and Smallpdf is really easy to use the has all functions I need. Love it!
