Simple and Easy (but too simple?)
What do you like best? Simplified format, easy to use and there's no fuss, no hidden costs and does exactly what it's supposed to - which is setup questions, do reviews, manage a cycle and collaborate with your employees. Good Tool for performance reviews
What do you like best? We started using this product last January and use it sparingly once a year. For the small amount of time I use it, it gets the job done. Nothing fancy or life-changing, but it works. I like how you and your manager are asked the same questions and can see each others answers side by side.
