I started working with Slack in 2017, at that time we internally experimented with various software to improve the efficiency of the processes of the agency where I worked. A few months later, a new client came in, a large scientific institution with 1,600 researchers, and Slack became the best internal communication manager, it still continues, and it is unbeatable in its specific role.
