"Flexible platform, easy to use, good updates"

What do you like best about Slack? Channels make it easy to stay on topic, and you can personalize your own sidebar to keep things organized how it makes sense to you. Tagging users, sending gifs, and adding emojis are all easy, fun, and useful. I appreciate that they add new updates pretty regularly, communicate them well, and they are actually things that I want/use!

"Communicate quickly and easily with colleagues"

What do you like best about Slack? Slack has the best aspects of Whatsapp - instant messaging, voice/video calls, sharing content and creating groups, while having the additional, very important ability for people to see the previous conversations in a group, even if they were just added to it. So that that can catch up in the conversation.
