What do you like best about Slack? The best thing about Slack is the ease with which the company can keep track of all its communication and keep a record of it. The grouping of topics separated by channels helps to focus on a specific topic. I also find it very cool how it allows us to upload our own emojis.

I especially like the option features to organize channels into categories. This makes it much easier for me to track the most important information for my role.
