Love the flexibility to integrate with our HR Application

What do you like best? A few years ago we switched from using google messenger to Slack. I am glad we made that switch, at it is more centralized, allows for collaboration of Project Teams. As we are an IT company we have also used the feature to integrate with our Gecko HRM application, where we receive in slack reminders to submit time and if we need to review our performance plans. What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to customize channels and alerts to keep distributed teams connected including those outside of your company. What do you dislike? It is easy to be distracted by too many random discussions, and hard to find historical topics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of the best messaging tools for a team!

What do you like best? The channels! It's so easy to communicate with the desired group about an specific subject. What do you dislike? The search. Trying to look for a document or media file is always a pain. Recommendations to others considering the product: Create the necessary channels only. Too many channels can be problematic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication with the whole team at a private level or as a group.
