What do you like best? I use Slack primarily for instant messaging and it works great for this purpose because it does just that without any complications. I use the desktop app which runs in the background, and I get notified when messages come in. You can easily notify users which sends them an alert and results in faster replies. What do you like best? We use slack literally everyday at work as our office is big and we have many departments, it's much easier to communicate with everyone via slack. The best feature is the ease of being able to drop files into slack groups for everyone to see. What do you like best? The ability to create channels for projects or company banter is extremely helpful and valuable. What do you dislike? It can get extremely busy really quickly if you and your company don't manage it well...
