Slack for inter-office communications
What do you like best? I use Slack primarily for instant messaging and it works great for this purpose because it does just that without any complications. I use the desktop app which runs in the background, and I get notified when messages come in. You can easily notify users which sends them an alert and results in faster replies. Slack also allows phone calls between users, which is useful while working remotely. Slack integrates nicely with other applications we use, such as ...

Slack makes communication easier for remote work
What do you like best? Slack keeps messages threaded neatly and out of my email inbox. It is easy to locate messages and pin important information for later. It also integrates well with other software. What do you dislike? Sometimes the number of channels to keep up with can become cumbersome but that is more of a reflection of how the tool is used rather than the software itself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slack allows me ...

Great Corporate Instant Messenger!
What do you like best? I like how Slack's UI is very barebones and clean, it has private and public rooms, groups, and a bunch of useful extra commands. What do you dislike? The video function doesn't work properly some of the time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Slack is much better than Microsoft Teams and the UI is much easier to use. Definitely recommend! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication ...

It is really best of the best messager
What do you like best? I like flexibility: - You can create a separate chat for each topic. - Links to resources and pictures themselves are loaded and displayed by cool snippets, approximately as in FB. - Freeloaders are given five gigabytes of file sharing space. - There is integration with a large number of external services. For example, you can set up a notification in Slack in two minutes that some cards have changed in Trello or new ones have been added. What do you ...

The Best Communication Platform for Cross-Team Collaboration

Best internal communication platform
What do you like best? We use slack literally everyday at work as our office is big and we have many departments, it's much easier to communicate with everyone via slack. The best feature is the ease of being able to drop files into slack groups for everyone to see. I do a lot of graphic design and when working from home and needing my team's input, it's easy to edit draft imagery when I drop in the file into the group so they can see it, instead of having to email it to them all the ...

Great Company and Team Communication Tool
What do you like best? The ability to create channels for projects or company banter is extremely helpful and valuable. What do you dislike? It can get extremely busy really quickly if you and your company don't manage it well... I suggest utilizing all of the features such as threads, channels, and turn off notifications so that you aren't pinged so much to the point that you can't get your work done. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
