Slack isn't slacking
What do you like best? It's easy to collaborate with colleagues, especially now that we are working from home. What do you dislike? I just wish you could mute a single person's @here in any channel the do it in. There's always that one guy that does an @here and I never care about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: The better you organize your channels, the more effective they will be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Incredibly Versatile
What do you like best? I love how versatile Slack is--we find new ways every week to utilize it to simplify our workday communications and improve office efficiency! I especially love that I can quickly see whether a topic has been taken care or whether I need to address it further. The ability to add side conversation that's linked in a main channel is extra helpful when I need to communicate extra information but not have to see those added details when I'm working within that channel. ...

Very communicative and easy to use application. It is perfect for official work.
What do you like best? It seems to be the best platform for official communication purpose. The interface is quite attractive and the features allow us to communicate and call effectively with anyone in our workspace. What do you dislike? The thing that I dislike about slack is that the chats disappear after a certain number of days. The low database feature is not so good and can be improved. Recommendations to others considering the product: Slack is a must have application ...

Always connected between colleagues
What do you like best? Slack is a very basic communication software, although it has a lot of valuable tools. I value that you can use hashtags for topics. Its quick-to-use, particulary in mobile and desktop applications, and that you can form a community group to connect with others while working on a shared project. What do you dislike? I would like that have more features for customizing notification to apply globally. Also I would like to see better ways for uploading documents, ...

Perfect Chat Tools for Teams
What do you like best? Ability to keep track of everything was done on the app, separate channels for different topics, full control over subscribers and what channels can they join or not, app integration, great voice/video capabilities, mobile app, and the list goes on... What do you dislike? Sometimes it needs a little reboot for the app, it does not like live changes on audio devices for Mac, a simple close the app and re-start will do the trick What problems are you solving ...
