I like Slack most of all out of the other messaging apps

What do you like best? I like that it is simple and intuitive to use. Even the free version is robust and a small install/footprint. What do you dislike? It can get cluttered quickly with different channels. The notifications are to quiet and not easy to manage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Unlike other messaging apps like Teams and such it just works. I can stay connected with teammates at work or school and communicate.
