I like the fact that Slack actually is very user-friendly and fun to use with the various emojis that help me and my colleagues to express our thoughts or emotions in a light-hearted way. The laptop and phone sync is very good if you're away from your work device or need to be on standby for emergencies. We used it every single day for work.
