What do you like best about Slack? Slack integrates with everything and has a broad level of support for custom automation. I have been using slack for 6 years now and I would be hard-pressed to work for a company that uses anything else. With all of the integrations (GitHub, Alerts, Axolo, Twilio..) I never have to check my email anymore because everything is in slack and everything is organized and easy to consume.
