"Easy to use, smooth experience and best channel and mention options."

What do you like best about Slack? Channel is one of the best options and we call out the team members when they don't respond personally. This way we will have records and the entire team will be aware. Huddle is easy to use calling option with fewer features.

"Slack helps us be efficient with our communication!"

What do you like best about Slack? I think Slack has helped us in multiple ways. We can communicate with one another quickly and have appropriate groups to discuss topics only relevant to certain people. We also can connect with each other even though our workforce is mostly remote which helps to build culture. It is also integrated with other things such as Nectar and Google docs, so that creates an ease of use as well.
