"The best chat app for big and small company"

What do you like best about Slack? My company uses Slack to have immediate and direct communication within each department. This eliminates the need for emails, text messages, and other tools that add bloat to employee workflows. By utilizing Slack, we have seen a significant increase in productivity and communication has skyrocketed.
