Lots of Room for Improvement
What do you like best? I like that the attendance and the grade book is all under one program. I like that I can see alot of information about each student. I also like that my human resources file is there, so I can see what my salary and time off status are. What do you dislike? There are a few things that are too rigid and that there is no way to alter them to fit a person's needs. The gradebook is hard to organize because it is a mix of standards and percentages. There are too ...

Great place for keeping grades and assignments
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the ability to pick different categories for the percentages, it does all the calculations. Skyward is time-saving program. An organized system
What do you like best? Skyward makes it easy to organize grades by standards and include necessary comments. What do you dislike? Many of us moving to standards-based grading could benefit from additional options when recording grades. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to go back into Skyward to help parents see exactly which standards were areas of strength or weakness.

Skyward Review
What do you like best? Fairly user friendly, lots of options for tracking and finding student information. What do you dislike? Hard to learn "tricks" like different views of gradebook. There are also different levels of access, so depending on the level you have, you may not be able to see much information about a student, such as grades in other classes or discipline record. Recommendations to others considering the product Depends on your school's needs. We are moving to ...

Great for keeping organized all in one place
What do you like best? Skyward is very easy to learn and use. It keeps all information in one place, is easy to use and keep student information organized. What do you dislike? The design is nothing fancy, but that is necessarily a bad thing. The software overall could “flow” from item to item better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Maintaining student grades, attendance and information is easy with skyward.
