Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best? The SkyPrep team is very responsive and timely when I contact them. I know I am talking with a real team who cares about their customers. What do you dislike? Nothing. Simplicity
What do you like best? It is very easy to use and our students have had great success using it. What do you dislike? I can't filter through some information/details when I'm looking through notifications. I must look at every login, complete, etc when I only need to see the results. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a school trying to provide additional options for learning to our students.
