What do you like best? It’s extremely easy to use and very universal! Everyone knows of and uses this program from leisure to business and I find its perfect for many occasions. What do you dislike? Realiability issues

What do you like best? I've used Skype in the past up until a few months ago. Chatting features is great, it stores some historical data and it was easy to search my past chat log. What do you dislike? I never really had any issues with the chatting feature, but the voice feature isn't reliable. There were some connectivity issues, one person on the other end could not hear the other person. Often time one of us will have to quit and restart the app to make it work. ...
