Good for some, bad for some
What do you like best? Chatting is efficient, favourites, simplicity. What do you dislike? Chat history goes to Outlook, Share screen sometimes break, cannot send message to offline person. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are actually moving away from Skype to Slack.

Skype is Great!
What do you like best? It is quite universal and well known, so it is most people's primary video call application What do you dislike? Skype has many competitors that offer more features, so it would be nice to see stronger chat, emojis, sending files etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Zoom is a strong competitor, so it depends on your style. What do you like best? I like that you can screen share during a video chat. What do you dislike? Sometimes it rings on my phone, sometimes on my desktop. If it rings on my phone, it usually does not let me answer it on my desktop so I have to call them back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are the group chats to save us going back and forth with email.
