What do you like best? I like that you can screen share during a video chat. What do you dislike? Sometimes it rings on my phone, sometimes on my desktop. If it rings on my phone, it usually does not let me answer it on my desktop so I have to call them back. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
