What do you like best? If you are an Outlook user or have a Microsoft account, you can use the service immediately. The interface is friendly and will not present a challenge to access the service as long as you meet the technical requirements. As I have a paid Microsoft Office account, they give me a bonus to make calls to international or national landlines, I don't use it much but from time to time it gets out of trouble. What do you like best? Nothing. Skype was worthwhile when prior to Microsoft buying the company. What do you dislike? Everything.
