Skilljar helps expedite both learning and onboarding process. Nothing beats this software!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This software is very powerful and intuitive. We love using Skilljar because it never gave us any problems in terms of onboarding our clients. Trainers are happy because all participants are performing well in class. We consider ourselves lucky to be using Skilljar because onboarding has never been this easy and simple. What aspects are problematic or could work better? To improve user experience, Skilljar would be great if they can ...

Freshteam is an easy software to work with. Every company should use this for client onboarding purposes.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are lucky to work with Jeff, who did his very best to help our team with Skilljar. He was very accommodating and always willing to lend a helping hand to all of our employees. You deserve to be promoted because of your excellent performance. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Skilljar has major restrictions in terms of uploading pictures that can be utilized for activities or other purposes. Also, I hope that ...

Skilljar Shines for Customer Education Professionals

What do you like best? Skilljar's interface makes it easy to construct on-demand coursework with flexibility for your team's style. In Customer Education, you may not have the same kind of capabilities to produce content as you might in larger organizations. Skilljar lets you use video or even text and has all the elements you'd need such as quizzes and more. This makes it easy to start - which is often the biggest challenge to anybody new to the industry. What do you dislike? I'd ...

The best platform that meets and exceeds your customer learning experience.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We have tried several LMS, and for me, Skilljar stood out for many reasons. Its primary goal is to provide excellent training sessions for onboarding clients. Secondary would be enhancing employee knowledge to improve sales and CSAT scores. To achieve these goals, we normally have to use a different approach, but with the help of Skilljar, we can simplify the process, save time, and get better results. Launching a learning academy ...

Skilljar is adaptable and one of the most competitive learning software ever invented.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have been a long time user of this learning tool for my past and present employers. I can say that Skilljaris one of the smartest applications that I came across for the past decade. Thanks to its intuitive design that gives most of its users an amazing experience. I was able to maximize Skilljar for my previous projects with the learning team. I was able to create a variety of courses, schedule classes, and provide certifications ...

Customer Enablement

What do you like best? I have found Skilljar very intuitive and easy to use. The UI is very straight forward, and it is usually very effortless to find what you are looking for within the application. The training and knowledge-based articles have been a useful reference point for me when I cannot figure something out on my own. Also, I have found the support provided by the implementation consultant through the setup process extremely helpful. It has been a very positive experience to ...

Easy to use system with hands-on support

What do you like best? The Skilljar software is very easy to use in an 'out-of-the-box' capacity, however it is also fairly easy to customise to your preferred look and feel with the addition of a few lines of code. Our Customer Success Manager (CSM), Jess, has held meetings with us every other week from the get-go to help us with scoping out and delivering our online training academy to our customer base. The support we are provided with, and the input we have for the product, is ...

Great Onboarding and Success Support with an already easy-to-use platform.

What do you like best? The thing I've appreciated the most about Skilljar is the people. From the Onboarding set-up to now working with our CSM (shoutout to Macz!), each rep at Skilljar has been intelligent, kind and extremely helpful. What do you dislike? The platform itself is really easy to use but it lacks some of the features I would've liked. We do have some particular use-cases though so it's not surprising that these aren't the most commonly requested features. However, I have ...

Great tool, great company

What do you like best? The capability of the tool meets my needs, and the on boarding process is very smooth and helpful. What do you dislike? Out of the box solutions are functional but limited. I'd like to see more customizations baked-in instead of requiring coding help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a robust, stable LMS that allows me to focus on the actual course content and not worry about the infrastructure.

Skilljar - Customer Education made easy

What do you like best? Simplifies the overall customer experience for learning. We have been able to easily load all our content and build this into the appropriate learning paths or accreditation series for customers and partners with minimum effort. Customer success team are light years ahead of any other software vendor we have worked with. What do you dislike? Limited reporting and notification functionality in the early stages, but most of the required features have since been ...
