Easy to build and render spaces with great community support.
What do you like best? Sketchup is the best way to quickly build an environment after applying essential keyboard shortcuts for better organization. The ability to organize each component or group is essential for any necessary future edits. This also allows ease of applying materials for rendering. SketchUp the Easy Modeler
What do you like best? SketchUp is very user friendly. It is supper easy to download, open an new file and start modeling. The models can be taken to varying levels of complexity. Should one choose the model can be refined, materials can be added and very nice models can be created. What do you dislike? Good for Design Buildout Modeling & Documentation
What do you like best? SketchUp is a simple tool with which you can get amazing results. I often compare it to Lego bricks in that with only a few tools/pieces, there are endless ways to build. At our rapidly expanding (albeit small company, we cherish this program that can be picked up in an afternoon, but really mastered over time. First time experience with CAD and it's very simple
What do you like best? SketchUp Make is free, and with a very small investment in learning you'll be able to create some impressive drawings. There are a few videos on their site that makes getting started much easier. What do you dislike? It wasn't immediately intuitive for me, although the learning curve wasn't bad.
