Ideal for modelling and design layouts.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SketchUP is a simplified tool that gives you exceptional results. I frequently compare this tool to a bunch of lego bricks. You're only given some pieces to work with. But in the end, there's so many ways to build things. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We utilize SketchUp Pro in modelling intricate buildings. It comes complete with finishes, lighting, furniture, equipment, and others. We're utilizing Layout in ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? I like that it's easy to learn and there are lots of functions. What do you dislike? I don't like how I need to purchase a 3 button mouse with scroller. I like to use this software on my mac products. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to mock up a model and show it to clients without making actual model.

3d design in a very short time easily.
What do you like best? it is interesting its interfaces because it is very simple and the commands are very easy to learn, its toolbar has very good performance to make an easy, simple and very fast design, it can get you out of trouble if what you need is to work fast in A 3d model. the 3d warehouse is very useful both to import and to generate your own library of models, that makes the work much easier and I think it's great. What do you dislike? Although it is a very useful ...

Easy to Use
What do you like best? Sketchup is a program that doesn't need much skill to navigate and use. It really helps portray 3 dimensional space as well as materiality easily. I recommend using it for schematic and conceptual design phases or something relatively simple. What do you dislike? As the file gets more complicated and larger Sketchup will begin to glitch and take longer to load. Recommendations to others considering the product I definitely recommend it for its ease of use and ...

An excellent and useful resource for modelling.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SketchUp makes it possible for any user to craft a 3D model with a precise scale. It allows for the conceptualiziation and visualization of designs in a real-world scenario. What's most useful is being able to import Google Earth maps into a SketchUp creation. It not only envisions how a space would appear, but it also invovles the landscape and buildings around it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Unless you're ...

Fast and pretty accurate
What do you like best? The best thing I like about sketch up that other cad programs don't do is that it's not too specific. This may seem as a bad thing at first but what I mean is that, sometimes, you're just looking for a quick and easy sketch and sketch allows you to do that. You can draw your design prototypes and then finalize them else where if you want more details but this a great software for painting the picture. What do you dislike? One thing I don't appreciate too much about ...

Out-of-the-box intuitive modeller that just gets better and better!
What do you like best? There are a lot of things to like about SketchUp! One of the simplest - but best - features of SketchUp is having a free version allows one to use SketchUp on a number of machines (work, university, home without a problem. Interoperability with other programs is all as good as can be expected, but being able to work on all my machines with extremely flexible backwards compatibility is one of the simplest What do you dislike? If being forced to nit-pick, the ...
