In conjunction with layout, it is also very useful for creating shop drawings. The interface is relatively simple and there is a wide selection of useful information and digital assets available online.

What do you like best about SketchUp? I like that it's easy to jump in and get started. The interface is streamlined and user friendly. The 3D warehouse makes previs faster. I also love that I can type in measurements and have lines and shapes form accurately based on those measurements.
