"External scheuling made easy"
What do you like best about Skedulo? What I love most about Skedulo is the ability to customize its integration with Salesforce. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Skedulo doesn't have advanced technical support during US hours. In the past we've had issues with the Skedulo managed package and needed support but their engineer being based in Asia was only able to provide it during our off-peak hours Recommendations to others considering Skedulo: I'd recommend making sure your process is ...

"As a admin user"
What do you like best about Skedulo? It is the primary resource for managing the assignment of personnel to patient appointments, received by the CRM System via HL7 feeds, for our care coordinators. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Most of the time it is good, sometimes a job is not created due to integration error What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Skedulo is responsible for scheduling and management of resources at the Recommended Item/Appointment Level

"Valuable Partner "
What do you like best about Skedulo? We had been searching for a long time for a solution to replace a home grown scheduling tool. Skedulo provided the right solution that was Salesforce native. Their sales and technical team have been outstanding to work and have helped us create a thorough and well thought out solution. What do you dislike about Skedulo? So far, our implementation is still in the development phase but we haven't seen anything that we need it to do that it can't. What ...

"Great Scheduling Product - Customizable at a Cost"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo is used in tandem with another product and was brought on for a specific use case. It has worked well for scheduling resources and was relatively easy to implement. It is also highly customizeable but comes at a steep cost each time. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Contracting was a little difficult as we had to define the number of user licenses in the future when it was an unknown service at the beginning. What problems is Skedulo solving ...
