"Informative, friendly, experienced staff, patient"

What do you like best about Skedulo? Although we have not yet gone live I am very happy with rostering, forms and everything else thus far. What do you dislike about Skedulo? The only downside for us is the costing. Being a small service it's alot of money to outlay. I wish that I could have access to a more detailed template for my available days.
