What do you like best about Skedulo? Job statuses easy to follow. Native to salesforce. East to integrate what fields you want from salesforce into skedulo. Avaailability and unavailability help keep guess work out of resources. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Not set up out of the box. Resources not able to add their own availability. What do you like best about Skedulo? It is very user-friendly and basic. We are able to filter and pull reports on all fields. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Missing some basic features. Hard to get in touch with the team when there are issues. Still requires alot of manual work by our team. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? We are scheduling and dispatching resources to complete mobile blood draws for patients. The benefits are ease of use.

"Clinic scheduling"

What do you like best about Skedulo? It is really easy to add unavailable time under the calendar. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Swimlane visibility. If the view were larger, it would be easier to see. It works properly just looking for ease of visibility. It would be great to have a different view. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? All is good! No problems, team is quick to resolve. N financial benefit.

"It is nice to work with but it would be helpful if different types of apts could be color coded."

What do you like best about Skedulo? I like that time zones for patients can be converted to their time zone. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I do not like that we have to use two separate systems, Skedulo to schedule and Athena to see the charts. Would be nice if it was all one program. What do you like best about Skedulo? I like how patients can see their scheduled appointments in their time zones. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I don't particularly like how long it actually takes to schedule an appointment, too many clicks. Also do not like how you have to select the providers' time zone to schedule.
