What do you like best about Skedulo? The support durning launch was great. The Skedulo team was on hand to troubleshoot in real time to ensure a good launch. The custom Map/Scheduling interface allows our dispatchers, at a glance, to have lots of information and make better, more efficient, and informed decisions. "Little more love"

What do you like best about Skedulo? Ease of use is the best thing I can say. I really enjoy the Map view and being able to do most of all tasks in the map view. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Not having admin rights to adjust / update trip information. Having to go through tech support to get simple tasks adjusted is tasking. What do you like best about Skedulo? Easy to manage multiple people and calls at once, the ability to give the responders more freedom with call planning. One additional perk I enjoy is the push and txt notifications. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Pt CC is usually not shown in visit details requiring us to fo to ReadyOps to find this info. What do you like best about Skedulo? When first evaluating Skedulo, the base functionality looked promising but lacking for our specific use cases. The platform does offer the ability to integrate via their API and also offers customization of jobs and profile model fields, which appeared would help the platform meet our use cases. "Skedulo has an intuitive user interface and extensive support."

What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo can help customize solutions to fit my organization's needs. What do you dislike about Skedulo? It takes a while to understand the entire offering of Skedulo's capabilities and documentations are sometimes not sufficient. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm using Skedulo to optimize resource allocation and support scheduling.

What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo has made it easy for us to schedule our maintenance technicians to go to our properties. It lets us customize the information that they can see, lets us tell them how urgent the job is, and allows us to track where our guys are at any given time. What do you dislike about Skedulo? What do you like best about Skedulo? Job statuses easy to follow. Native to salesforce. East to integrate what fields you want from salesforce into skedulo. Avaailability and unavailability help keep guess work out of resources. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Not set up out of the box. Resources not able to add their own availability. We find the user friendly interface allows for effective communication between schedulers and resources, the swim lanes makes it easy to see who is where and what jobs they are completing.
