"Skedulo"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Easy to manage multiple people and calls at once, the ability to give the responders more freedom with call planning. One additional perk I enjoy is the push and txt notifications. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Pt CC is usually not shown in visit details requiring us to fo to ReadyOps to find this info. "Overpromised and underdelivered"
What do you like best about Skedulo? When first evaluating Skedulo, the base functionality looked promising but lacking for our specific use cases. The platform does offer the ability to integrate via their API and also offers customization of jobs and profile model fields, which appeared would help the platform meet our use cases. "I would suggest Skedulo to anyone"
What do you like best about Skedulo? I like that I can assign multiple Patients at once. What do you dislike about Skedulo? The map places me after every edit away from the location Im working in. Recommendations to others considering Skedulo: Easy to learn What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? I like how I dont have to bounce between multiple screens. I like these benefits

"Gets the job done!"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo makes dispatching very easy. I like having everything I need to dispatch on one screen. What do you dislike about Skedulo? I dislike when Skedulo crashes because it makes dispatching very difficult. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? Skedulo allows me to dispatch responders to patients in a second, which in turns allows our business to continue to thrive.

What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo can help customize solutions to fit my organization's needs. What do you dislike about Skedulo? It takes a while to understand the entire offering of Skedulo's capabilities and documentations are sometimes not sufficient. What problems is Skedulo solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm using Skedulo to optimize resource allocation and support scheduling.

What do you like best about Skedulo? The thing I like the most about Skedulo is their Customer Support. They are always available and has been consistent in their promptness when answering the support tickets that we submit. What do you dislike about Skedulo? "Skedulo is great!"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Skedulo has made it easy for us to schedule our maintenance technicians to go to our properties. It lets us customize the information that they can see, lets us tell them how urgent the job is, and allows us to track where our guys are at any given time. What do you dislike about Skedulo? "Good program but use is complicated if you don't have Salesforce"
What do you like best about Skedulo? The ability to see mileage for each staff member is exactly what we needed. In addition, having all availability tracked together is perfect for us. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Importing all staff, then all availability, then all regions, then all tags, then all locations, then any updates is time-consuming, and we have run into several complications. We find the user friendly interface allows for effective communication between schedulers and resources, the swim lanes makes it easy to see who is where and what jobs they are completing. What do you dislike about Skedulo?
