"Sales over promised, under delivered."
What do you like best about Skedulo? The UI of Skedulo is super easy to use and to train the basics to. What do you dislike about Skedulo? Functionality is lacking in anything outside of building a basic appointment. In a healthcare setting there are several nuances that Skedulo just doesn't incapsulate with their product. Training from Skedulo is basically is non-existant and I had to teach myself before training others. The online support only shows the basics and has yet answered one ...

"Skedulo for a Virtual Clinic"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Ease of use when scheduling an appointment from the web-based program. What do you dislike about Skedulo? The main dashboard is a calendar that shows a list of Job IDs vs patient names or provider names. Skedulo, although helpful, is still not quite ready for clinical use. "Excellent Salesforce Integration"
What do you like best about Skedulo? Cost effective dispatch solution that integrates into Salesforce. Reliability of the software has improved greatly over the last year with very little downtime. What do you dislike about Skedulo? This might be strictly our own use case - but Skedulo's custom built solutions is both it's boon and bane. As it's essentially required to have a Salesforce consultant build out your version of the software, you essentially get stuck with the platform that was ...

"Powerful platform for managing a remote, mobile workforce"
What do you like best about Skedulo? With all of the great features Skedulo offers the simplicity of their "swimlane" UI is the most useful for my use of Skedulo. Skedulo's integration with Salesforce allows for a highly streamlined process when managing schedules and adding new jobs to a schedule. The raw data power that Salesforce is able to pump out is harnessed very effectively by Skedulo. What do you dislike about Skedulo? There is only a limited amount of data that can be viewed in ...
