Service provides zero noticeable impact …

Service provides zero noticeable impact to website performance. Contract terms stipulate an early termination fee of 50% of the original amount of the entire contract. This is enforced even when you have less than 50% of your contract remaining.

They fixed by site after it was hacked. After having the service for eight months I called and asked to cancel because my sales could not support the site. The customer service agent said that I could not cancel because I had signed up for six months. I said it was eight months. He said that it automatically renews every six months for another six months. I said I want to cancel before it renews again for another six months. He said canceling will cost $200.00. Not recommended

Unreasonable company, promises they will fix everything, but NO refunds if problems continue, as they simply say their scanning is what was promised. Very unhappy I ever agreed to pay them, feel I did not receive what was promised by the original sales rep, who has since moved on. I asked for a refund shortly after purchasing, and was absolutely refused for any amount.

I'm leaving a review on the company's …

I prefer to leave a review when I am ready but SiteLock insisted so here is my experience thus far. I became a customer after being hit by defacement hackers. They were able to get my site back up after a few hours. Their customer service is good in the sense that they walked me through their portal and call me to provide updates. At present I feel like they are trying to get more money out of me after I have already paid quite a bit. They want me to pay an additional monthly fee per site ...

They do absolutely nothing and continue …

They do absolutely nothing and continue to take money, a one month sweep at $19.99 was turned into yearly $99.99 subscription, yet they could not furnish me with details to where I agreed with this, but there was none because I would just not agree to that, con job, disgraceful company with a rotten reputation, stay well away, be wary.

SiteLock is deceptive

The SiteLock sales department is deceptive. They claim things that are not true in their relationships with hosting companies. One salesperson even said that they are a "sister company" with one particular host — and when I inquired about it with the hosting company, they said, "No, SiteLock is not a sister company, although there is a business partnership...."

very poor

very poor. you charge credit card for months while i never asked. on call one of your adviser told me that its one off fee of 108 $. and then you kept charging me 108 $ every month for 6 months and then i noticed it. i asked you to return and you didnt. then i asked my bank to cancel all request coming from sitelock for future. so very bad communication. infact i have lots of friends with websites, i will never recommend sitelock servicesto anyone.
