My Sitelock representative, Steven, was extremely diligent, professional, and patient with helping me handle the transition from my hosting security to their program (even though Sitelock was already included in my hosting, Steven even got my hosting on a conference call to help work out the kinks and to make sure that I wasn't paying twice!).
