SiteLock stays on top of the technical issues and helps me stay focused on making music. Today one of the account managers - Steven - called for administrative reasons, but then he also helped sort out some technical issues by connecting me with the support team, plus he followed up personally with an email to remind me to update my WordPress version for one of my sites as soon as I had a chance in order to improve its security.
