Very happy with Adam Gomez he was very courteous and nice to deal with on the phone he answered all my questions. Also super happy with Marilyn Perez she pointed me in the Proper direction and gave me the right package that worked for me. She was also very nice on the phone to deal with.

The support team
The support team, ALL the team at site lock; each person is more friendly and capable than the one before. Just when you're sure the technical support couldn't be better, you have a new and better-informed experience. But, on another note, site lock is too expensive. Maybe it's only because I'm poverty-stricken, but do I really need to pay $49/a month for SiteLock? I'm relly torn, REALLY torn,

Hacked Site fixed
My web site is very important to my photography business. It appeared that someone hacked into my site host and each night changed my Word Press email address, User Name, and Password as well as Deactivated my Plugins. This meant that each morning my web site was a mess and I could not login to Word Press normally. This problem continued even after I changed my site host login password. Great People and Service
This is one of those companies you don't know exists until you need them. They helped me with a Malware infection on my site and did a great job getting me back up and running. Great people and service!

Over all is a good service
Over all is a good service. The initial intake was very professional and smooth. It just took longer than I thought it would. We started the process last Thursday and it is now Wednesday that our site has been cleaned. It was my expectation based on talking with the customer service, that it would take probably about 24 -48 hours. The site will be up after our host re-scans and google does their thing, so we don't actually have our website back yet, but that was explained to me. But on the ...

Not every one can afford a $100 every…
Not every one can afford a $100 every month for a minor security issue. It's exploitative to make a client stay bound to your contract even when it's obvious the client is a startup and can not afford such outrageous fee for a year. That's exactly the issue I am having with you guys now because I don't know where or how I am going to pay another $100 to you guys this month.
