What do you like best about SiteLock? SiteLock provides a quality services with great support. We have been offering SiteLock to our customers for over 3 years and use it ourselves. Their service just works and when their are issues, the SiteLock team is very responsive.

SiteLock - A Huge Disappointment
Purchased through Bluehost. Super expensive. $500 per domain per year. For several months, I found they did not even activate it properly and did not give me any compensation, not just once, but twice. When my site did get hacked, their services were awful. They tried to upsell me on expensive consulting services to fix what I ultimately fixed very easily (and obviously they could've done inexpensively). Easy to use
Easy to use. A site started getting hacked and I had no idea what to do. Sitelock has taken care of the problem. Once set-up is complete, the main job of the customer is to view the weekly reports and take any action, if necessary, and so far, all is well. I've dealt with other technology that required ongoing updates and heavy maintenance and for a non-tech person like me, easy-to-use is very important. Highly recommend.
