Sitelock plan are affordable and smart malware scanner is amazing. But there is a problem with support. All other things are great... I am enjoying and I hope sitelock never despair me

I had an issue
I had an issue, contacted on support, got a number, but no follow up. I have no idea what was done and got another “spam” item that I I just deleted. Am a little puzzled.
