Great Company To Work With.
I have found SiteLock to be very helpful and supportive. Having had malware detected they were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Decent products, but poor response time to issues / fixes vs. sales promises
Their products looked great and seemed to have the service that would solve my problems quickly. However, their support team was not as responsive to emails and issues that were raised. I signed up for multi-site product and their sales team claimed that each site would be manually cleaned and then enabled for a scanner but only one site was manually cleaned. I communicated with the sales team and support team that the sites were not cleaned but they indicated that they were. I ended up ...
