Service works but not sure about pricing

To start - the sitelock service does work, but I feel they also take advantage of customers in a vulnerable situation. I purchased sitelock through my host, which is a sitelock partner. My hosting support connected me with a sitelock representative and I stated I wanted the fix plan to scan and eliminate malware from my sites for $8 a month. I was told that the particular plan is not available and I had to get another plan for $40 a month. Since I have never had a problem on any of my sites ...

Service par excellence

James and Jason could not have been more helpful. There was a technical glitch on my web host site and I assumed I was the one at fault. I spent ages trying to figure it out. When I chatted with Jason and then James, they immediately sorted everything out for me. Big relief. They deserve a pay rise!

They were fast, easy to understand, and reasonably priced.

When I use site lock my site slows…

When I use site lock my site slows way down. Not sure why, all I know is, when I disconnect the service the site works fine. Also, any time that I've gotten a notification of something wrong with my smart scanner or otherwise, I call in and the representatives never have a clear cut solution or anything that tells me for sure the problem has been solved. I just have to trust sitelock on to many levels. Not worth the worry. Need to find a Way to give customers a more piece of mind.

Since getting Site Lock have had no problems with my Website.....Just expensive with the difference in Canadian money..........other than that no complaints. Would recommend.
