Video Production Company hesitant at first - but now have peace of mind.
We run a small video production company and have had websites for over 10 years and we've never been hacked, (that I know of) The last couple months that changed. I tried to clean up the site myself with blue host my hosting company, but the hack came back. Deceiving sales tactics, dishonest product offerings and overpriced product I didn't need
I feel I was up-sold on a package I didn't need - and haven't seen any positive traction from it. I was promised help with a SSL certificate, never was it explained that was an additional fee through my host and that you would *help* set it up. My site is slower than ever, and yesterday's TrueShield stats were worse than before.
