The gentleman dealing with my case has been very supportive and really tried hard to help me. My only complaint is with the company advertising which actually hides a lot of basic information new clients need to know about degrees of protection and actual costs.

What do you like best? SiteLock really gives you peace of mind. Once you have it you don't have to worry about someone hacking into your site or plaguing it with malware.

Customer service has been fast setting…
Customer service has been fast setting up, and they fastly covered some errors that appeared with the firewall, regarding incoming emails being bounced. They solved it fast. I'm just new with sitelock, so I can't provide more information.

Sitelock helped me out of a bad situation where I found my website was hacked in a major way. It’s all being cleaned through the next eight hours and they will be contacting google!

11:00pm: Malware infection notice ... by 7:00am: Cleaned by SiteLock!
At 11:00pm one night I noticed an email from SiteLock telling me my site was infected with malware, with over 900 suspicious incidents. I called technical support, gave them some information and by 7:00am the next morning, my site was clean and de-blacklisted by SiteLock! Amazing service! I'm so glad SiteLock is protecting my website.

Quick and efficient service however sales team are shady
Update 19.09.18: I received a nice call from a member of the SiteLock team named Alek after my comment below who helped me with my concern and assured that I wouldn´t be upsold again whilst crediting my account with 50 USD. Thanks for the call Alek! I´ll keep with Sitelock for now and hopefully be able to return to my 5 stars as per my previous rating. Update 18.09.19 I changed my review from 5 stars to 3.
